Order Confirmation & Inspection in Vietnam
- Upon receiving an order, our team travels to Vietnam for an in-depth inspection.
- We thoroughly check the cleanliness and hygiene of the fish to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Our team personally assesses the fish quality, verifying every step of the process, including: Glazing of the fish (to maintain freshness), Cutting & processing, Packing procedures until the final packaging is complete.
Port Supervision & Loading
- A dedicated team member is present at the port to oversee loading of the consignment into containers.
- Each consignment is carefully checked before sealing the container.
Documentation & Photographing
- The team member takes photographs of the loaded consignment for reference and tracking.
- After ensuring proper handling, he returns to India.
Arrival & Unloading in India
- Upon arrival, the consignment is unloaded under strict supervision.
- Our team cross-checks the shipment against the initial inspection reports and photographs.
Final Quality Assurance & Delivery
- The consignment undergoes a final quality check before dispatching to customers.
- We ensure quality control at every stage until it reaches the customer’s hands.
